LonePixelDEV (referred to as "I", "me", or "my") operates mobile applications for Android. This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and applications developed and published by LonePixelDEV (collectively referred to as the "Applications"). This page informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use my Applications.

By downloading and using any of my Applications, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Age Restriction and Content Rating

My Applications specialize in the horror genre and contain intense, frightening, or mature themes.

All games developed by LonePixelDEV are intended strictly for audiences aged 16 and older (16+).

Due to the horror nature and mature themes, my Applications are not designed for, targeted at, or intended to attract children.

2. Information Collection and Use

My Applications are free to play and do not require user registration. I do not personally collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location).

However, the Applications use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

3. Third-Party Services and Analytics

To provide game functionality, stability, and monetization, I use third-party Service Providers. These third parties have access to your Device Advertising ID and technical data (such as device model and OS version) solely to perform tasks on my behalf:

• Unity: My Applications are built using the Unity engine. Unity may collect non-personally identifiable information automatically to optimize game performance and analyze stability.
• Google AdMob: I display banner and interstitial ads provided by AdMob. AdMob uses unique identifiers (like the Android Advertising ID) on your device to serve personalized and/or non-personalized ads.

4. Assets and Licenses

The Applications include assets purchased from the Unity Asset Store or other legitimate marketplaces used under official licenses. These assets do not independently collect, store, or share any additional user data.

5. Children's Privacy

Given that my games are specialized horror experiences, my Services do not address anyone under the age of 13, and are restricted to users aged 16+.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update my Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
